Important: When will I be able to generate clips?
Your monthly ClipFlow clip credits are issued automatically after Stripe confirms your payment. However, ClipFlow-funded AI processing is currently unavailable while we fund our shared AI balance. Activation may take 24–48 hours or longer, and 48 hours is not a guarantee.
Until included AI is available, you need your own OpenAI API key to generate videos. OpenAI bills you separately for API usage. If you do not want to use your own paid API key, we recommend waiting to subscribe until included AI has been activated.
